Content Usage Policy

Thank you for sharing the Museum of Mostly Pudding’s content! As I've poured heaps of time and effort into this project, I'd appreciate it if you'd follow a few brief guidelines.

Unless otherwise noted, content on www.museumofmostlypudding.org is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 license.

This means that you are free to share the content, in any medium or format, without prior permission and under the following guidelines:

  • Attribute the work. You must give appropriate credit to the Museum of Mostly Pudding (see "Providing Credit" below for more information).
  • Preserve watermarks. You may not remove any watermarks, trademarks, credits, or other notices that are placed in or near the text, images, or data.
  • Noncommercial usage only. You may not use the material for commercial purposes, or otherwise profit from the use of the museum's content.
  • Share the work as-is. If you have a compelling reason to modify the content, you will need to obtain permission from the museum prior to distribution.
  • Don't be a dupe. You may not republish the museum's content in a systemic or automated manner, nor frame the content of the museum's site.

Museum objects have a slightly more liberal Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 license, which also permits you to remix, transform, or build upon the material, as long as you distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
